New year, new you

We made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas! Hopefully we didn't overindulge too much. I know there was a couple of days that I did. I am determined to get back on track! Who's with me?

I have never been one to make New Year's resolutions but I know many people do. Do you know what the top 10 resolutions this year are?

5. Staying fit and healthy

Chocolate Covered Banana Shake

1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 Tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 scoop/packet chocolate Shakeology
ice to taste

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. For a thicker shake, add more ice.
