This is a delicious, easy recipe. There is not much prep time few ingredients, and it cooks fast. My fiancé requests it all the time and the kids love it.
1 lb chicken breast or chicken fingers
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Pinch of pepper
In a large resealable plastic bag or container, combine garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and pepper. Cut chicken into bit sized pieces and add to the bag or container. Seal it and shake to coat the chicken. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Drain the chicken and discard the marinade. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. Arrange skewers on the grill, and cook until the chicken is done, about 3 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
